Return & Refund Policy
Due to the sacred and personal nature of incense, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement. We stand behind our craft – if you’re genuinely unsatisfied with unopened products, contact us to discuss options.
Shipping Damage
- Report damage within 7 days with photos
 - We’ll replace or refund at our discretion
 - Keep all packaging materials until resolved
 
Wrong Item Sent
- We’ll send the correct item immediately
 - No need to return the wrong item (enjoy it as our apology)
 
Quality Issues
- If a blend doesn’t burn properly or seems off, contact us
 - We’ll troubleshoot first (burning method, heat source, etc.)
 - Replace if there’s a genuine quality issue
 
Subscription Orders
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
 - No refunds for current month once shipped
 - Swap blends if you receive one you don’t love
 
Processing Time
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
 - Replacements ship within 2-3 business days
